We take our jobs very seriously. We want to be scary good at what we do. And we also enjoy the times we can just play and enjoy our teammates and families. Property management can be a stressful business, which is a large part of why we do what we do. Our owners and clients should enjoy being rental property owners while we take care of the details.
Hence, we looOoOove our spooky times here at Atrium. Every year we do a trick-or-trick event (sometimes a trunk-or-treat depending on how we're feeling, and we get all the Kids of Atrium to dress up and have some fun. Also our grownups get into costumes sometimes. But when you're older maybe it's more distinguished to call it "cosplay".
Anyway, we did it again this year and probably had the most kids we've ever had. There we games, prizes, candies, pizzas, [adult] beverages, and lots of good family-time memories.
