They responded quickly to maintenance requests. Within 48 hours they made sure you had a response. Carrie was always there to answer any of my question and with follow-up. This saved me money. The team at Atrium found me very reliable residents with 2 solid incomes who have been a pleasure. Atrium also provides a 24/7 service which has saved me from being bothered late at night, and still took care of my resident’s needs. When my A/C unit needed repair they had a trusted vendor take care of the issue, and paid the repair bill from my upcoming rent income so I did not have to lay out cash. The professionalism of the Team at Atrium is second to none. They are always available to answer any question I may have on my investments and have shown a lot of detailed property management knowledge on the areas around Metro Orlando. This has greatly helped me improve my returns by better understanding where to focus to achieve the highest returns. More importantly, they have also treated my residents with the proper care and respect they deserve. My resident turnover has decreased significantly since I started working with Atrium.

Their understanding of property management for investors is also enviable. Unlike all the other property managers around Metro Orlando, Atrium knows that to succeed in this business you need economies of scale. In other words, they have opted to manage a significant amount of properties at very low property management fees. This makes their business profitable without the need to overcharge residents and/or property owners on fees and services. In the end, my returns have improved, my costs have been very constant and my residents have not been overcharged.

In summary, I highly regard the Team at Atrium Management Company. They have been very good for my business and for my residents. I understand that some reviews will not agree with me, but those are from disgruntled residents who are incapable to properly abide by contracts. Don’t let them dissuade you.
