Orlando, Fla. — Atrium Management Company, one of the largest privately-owned property management companies in Central Florida, continues to grow its platform with the strategic launch of a commercial real estate division. One of Orlando’s top-producing commercial real estate sales and leasing teams is joining Atrium’s platform of services that already includes residential and multifamily property management as well as real estate development.
Jill Rose and JP Beaulieu, CCIM, both former Vice Presidents at Bishop Beale Duncan Realty, have partnered with Adam Wonus and Mike Krause, co-owners of Atrium Management Company to form Atrium Commercial Real Estate, a full service real estate brokerage and consulting firm. This new division of Atrium will be based out of Atrium’s main office at 201 S. Bumby Avenue in Orlando, Florida. Jill and JP have been working together in one capacity or another since 2006 and joining them will be Senior Associate Rebekah Marrero.
“Over the last ten years Mike and I have focused on creating strategic partnerships to grow our organization,” said Wonus. “I’ve known Jill and JP for a long time, and their reputation in the commercial real estate community made this an exciting opportunity for Atrium to expand our platform’s capabilities for our clients.”
Rose, Beaulieu, and Marrero bring to Atrium a combined 48 years of commercial real estate expertise and are no strangers to complicated sales and lease transactions. They have handled multiple complicated urban infill development projects including the sale of the underlying land of Fashion Square Mall and the record sale of the last two acres on 17-92 in Winter Park adjacent to Whole Foods. Their portfolio of landlord projects has included Publix, Fresh Market, Walmart and Whole Foods anchored shopping centers to name a few. Jill and JP also have extensive past governmental relationships with the Osceola County School Board and the Orlando Utility Commission.
“When we were thinking about the next steps in our career path, the decision was simple,” according to Rose and Beaulieu. “We partnered with the one person who we respected and admired the most. The rest just fell into place. Atrium’s rapid growth in recent years has been impressive. Adam and Mike have created a great culture, and we are looking forward to being part of it.”
The addition of the Atrium Commercial team is also a reunion for Marrero, who previously worked at Atrium after graduating from UCF’s Real Estate program. “This venture is one I am thrilled to be a part of,” said Marrero. “Joining forces with Adam Wonus and Mike Krause is quite a full circle moment for me. I saw firsthand the culture they have built. I believe that together, we will continue to impact Orlando.”
Atrium Commercial Real Estate will create an environment where brokers thrive, while impacting the community in a positive way through real estate. The focus will be to increase commercial property values, through sales, leasing, and asset repositioning strategies.
