Michael: "Matthew Whitaker recommended we read this book, I believe he thought that we could relate to the hustle that Phil Knight and his team went through, as they were coming up in the business. It is also just a great read, Phil Knights story telling is on another level of excellence."
Q: What lesson(s) did you learn from the book & how will you apply it to your business?
Michael: "You don't have to figure it all out ahead of time. Keep pushing and growing and you can figure it out as you go. If you wait until you are ready you will end up amongst the other thousands of good ideas that never get off the ground."
Q: What is your number one takeaway from this book?
Michael: " You need to enjoy the journey. When Nike went public, PK said that he wanted to start it all over again. Learn to enjoy the process of growing the business, and evolving, the process is the best part!"
